Payment Policy

At UCI, we offer flexible payment solutions tailored to the needs of both our individual retail customers and our large-scale institutional partners.

1. Retail Payments (Website Orders)

For customers purchasing directly through our online store for personal or small-business use:

Prepaid Options: We accept all digital payments via Zoho Payments, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We understand the need for trust. We offer COD services through our logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.) for eligible pin codes across India.

Order Limit: Please note that COD may be restricted for very high-value retail orders to ensure safety during transit.

Minimum Order Value: We are committed to offering our customers the best possible value. Due to the low unit price of our products, the relative cost of shipping individual items has become disproportionately high. To resolve this and keep our delivery services sustainable, we now require a minimum purchase of ₹299 per order. This adjustment ensures that we can continue to deliver your favorite products at reasonable rates.

2. Bulk & Institutional Payments (B2B)

For wholesalers, facility management, hospitals, and corporate offices, we follow a strictly professional billing process:

Online/Bank Payments Only: We accept payments via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or online bank transfers.

Sharing of Details: Once the estimate is approved via email, our official bank account details will be shared with you from our authorized email: info@uciteamglobal.com.

No Cash Policy: To maintain full transparency and GST compliance, UCI does not entertain cash payments for bulk transactions. All bulk orders must be paid via verifiable banking channels.

Advance Payment: As we manufacture products specifically to order (especially for custom requirements), production or dispatch will commence only after 100% advance payment is credited to our account.

3. GST & Invoicing

Retail: A digital invoice will be sent to your email immediately upon purchase.

Bulk: We provide a formal Tax Invoice with every shipment, allowing institutional buyers to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). Please ensure your GSTIN is provided during the inquiry stage.

4. Security & Privacy

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. UCI does not store your credit card or bank login credentials on our servers.
