Return & Refund Policy
At UCI we take pride in the quality of our paper and foil products. Due to the hygienic nature of our goods (napkins, toilet rolls, kitchen towels), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Level 1. Retail Returns (Website Orders)
Eligibility for Returns:
Items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
The "Unboxing" Requirement:
To claim a refund or replacement for damaged goods, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video. This serves as proof of the condition in which the product arrived.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected at our Modinagar facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through NEFT method only within 5-7 working days.
Level 2: Bulk & Institutional Returns (B2B)
At UCI, we prioritize "Right-First-Time" delivery. To ensure complete satisfaction and eliminate the need for returns, we follow a proactive quality assurance process:
Free Sampling Policy:
Before placing a bulk order, new institutional buyers (Facility Managers, Wholesalers, etc.) are encouraged to request a Free Sample Kit.
This kit includes our standard products + customized changes so you can verify and feel the difference in the GSM, softness, and roll strength firsthand.
Why we do this: Sampling allows you to test the product in your specific dispensers or facility environment, ensuring the product fits your needs before we begin mass production.
Elimination of Defects:
By approving a sample, the "Buyer’s Specification" is locked in. Our manufacturing team in Modinagar, UP uses this approved sample as the benchmark for your entire bulk run, virtually eliminating the chances of quality disputes.
No-Return No Refund Policy for Approved Samples:
Once a bulk order is manufactured based on an approved sample, it is Non-Returnable.
We only accept returns in the highly unlikely event of a manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved sample.
