7. Bulk Inquiries and B2B Transactions
Transactions not completed via the website checkout (B2B/Institutional) are governed by the terms decided over official email correspondence (info@uciteamglobal.com). These terms supersede website retail terms where applicable.
8. Taxes (GST)
UC Industry is a fully GST-compliant entity. All prices are inclusive of GST for retail, or as specified in the Proforma Invoice for bulk buyers. Buyers must provide a valid GSTIN for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
