Shipping & Delivery Policy
At UC Industry (UCI), we aim to provide reliable logistics for our diverse customer base. Our policy is divided into two levels to cater to individual retail shoppers and bulk institutional partners.
Level 1: Retail Customers (Online Orders)
This section applies to orders placed directly through our website.
Delivery Timelines:
Delhi NCR: We aim to deliver within 3 working days.
Pan-India: Standard delivery across India is typically completed within 12 working days.
Note: While our courier partners maintain a 6-day Turnaround Time (TAT), we include a buffer to account for India's vast geography and unforeseen delays.
Logistics Partners:
We work with India's most trusted carriers, including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, Amazon Shipping, and India Post.
Tracking & Notifications:
You will be kept informed of your order status via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, you can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
Level 2: Bulk & Institutional Orders
Due to the specialized nature of bulk supply (custom lengths, high-volume weights, and industrial packaging), we do not process these orders directly through the website checkout.
Ordering Process:
Step 1: Bulk buyers (Wholesalers, Facility Management, Hospitals, Offices, etc.) must email their requirements to info@uciteamglobal.com.
Step 2: Our team will share a formal Commercial Estimate/Quote based on your specific requirements (e.g., 220m JRT vs. 200m JRT).
Step 3: Once the terms are agreed upon, payment must be made in advance to initiate production and dispatch.
Shipping Terms:
* Transport Costs: For all bulk orders, transportation charges are payable by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the final agreement.
Delivery Schedule:
Timelines for bulk delivery will be mutually decided and confirmed via email during the quoting process.
Customization: As a manufacturer, we offer customization for bulk demands. Please specify your required dimensions or GSM in your initial email inquiry.
General Terms & Unforeseen Circumstances :
While we strive to meet all stated timelines, delivery may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, regional restrictions, or supply chain disruptions). In such "unthinkable" events, we prioritize transparent communication to keep you updated.
